We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and bank transfers for Business and Enterprise plans. All payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Do I need internet for JARVIS to work?

No! JARVIS runs 100% locally on your computer. You only need internet for initial setup and optional cloud features like backup and sync (Pro and above).
What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?

Yearly billing saves you 20% compared to monthly billing. For example, Pro is $9/month ($108/year) or $7/month when billed annually ($84/year), saving you $24.
Can I use JARVIS for commercial purposes with the free plan?

No, the Personal plan is for personal use only. For commercial use, you need a Business or Enterprise plan, which includes the necessary commercial license.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?

You'll retain access to your Pro/Business features until the end of your billing period. After that, your account will automatically revert to the free Personal plan. All your custom commands and settings will be preserved.
Is my data secure and private?

Yes! All voice processing happens locally on your computer. We never send your voice data or commands to external servers (unless you explicitly enable optional cloud features). Your privacy is our priority.
